Is outside food or beverages allowed?
  No, outside food and beverages are not allowed, except for cakes from a licensed bakery.
When does the event center open for the event?
  Approximately 2 ½ to 3 hours prior to guest arrival. 
Is children pricing available?
  Yes, children 2 to 7 years of age are $8.00.
When are the final details, including guest count due?
  Five(5) business days prior to the event date.
How are leftovers handled?
  All food that has not been served (buffet or plated) and has been kept heated or cooled is eligible to be taken home.
Does the Grand Palms provide leftover containers?
  No, it is the guest responsibility to provide proper take home containers.
What does the serving staff wear?
  The servers wear black shirt, pants, shoes and apron. 
Does an appointment need to be scheduled to finalize details?
  No, all details can be collected over the phone..
How are tours and/or tastings scheduled?
  Call us at (952)448-7206 to schedule an appointment.
What can we taste and how many people can I bring?
  Choose items of interest, some selections may be unavailable. 4 people or less is free; a fee will be applied for more than 4.
How do I reserve a date?
  We require a $1000 deposit and a signed contract.
